The staff was indeed very helpful with directions. My room enjoyed daily cleaning services. I was happy the bathroom and shower worked well. The bed was comfortable, and I got good sleep each night.

The staff was helpful, giving great advice. The room was large and very comfortable, I loved the HUGE bed. I REALLY appreciated the reception staff. They were wonderful, and Nadia was an absolute standout.
The noise from street revellers outside my room lasted ALL night until approximately 3:30 am.

I did NOT have breakfast at the hotel, instead I preferred the many cafes. The breakfast room looked cozy with nice options, and very nice staff, both at reception and otherwise, i noticed.

This old building has charming squeaks in the floors. I enjoyed the modern comfort. The hotel location offers opportunities to visit around easily by walking. Staff arranged cava in the room. It was a lovely surprise.

THE location is ideal! It's in the city center, i could walk everywhere. The hotel is close to the metro, tram, and buses, i used them. The old town is just around the corner, SO convenient

the staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions. nadia provided many ideas of places to visit, and she was very informative. the location was great, and everything was walkable from the hotel. it was right outside the door, very convenient.
The room was small, and it was located above a noisy air conditioning system. this extraction system operated for the lower floor. the tv was not a smart tv. Most functions were unavailable.

the hotel had good access to public transportation with the metro a short distance away. the location in the old town was excellent. it put me close to many points of interest, very close to the guggenheim museum too.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice morning selection. i appreciated the service from the breakfast staff. They were friendly. they provided a pleasant start to each day. the breakfast had great value.
